Yes. Every DaDa rug is made to order. That means once your purchase is confirmed, your rug goes into production especially for you.
Absolutely. To make sure your rug fits perfectly into your space, we can produce it in any dimensions you need. The same goes for color — we offer a palette of over 50 shades, and you can create an exclusive combination for your project.
There’s no additional charge for customizing. However, we include up to three design simulations free of cost. If you’d like to explore more versions, extra simulations can be provided and their cost is added to the final price.

Changing the shape is different from changing the size. When customizing dimensions, we recommend keeping the proportions close to the original design. Otherwise, adjustments to the artwork may be necessary to fit the new shape.
Since each piece is made to order and produced internationally, returns are not possible.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request at no cost, provided production hasn’t started yet. If your rug is already in production, a 50% cancellation fee applies to cover material and labor costs.
Production time and delivery time are different. The production lead time is listed in the product description above. Shipping time depends on your region and is determined by the carrier. Once your rug is ready to ship, we’ll contact you directly to confirm the pickup and delivery schedule.
