Exchanges and Returns

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 24 hours after placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us by email.

For international orders, the final product prices already include customs duties and shipping fees.

All shipments are handled via FedEx.

Please note the production times listed on each product page — production time is independent from shipping time.

As a small studio, we can’t assume responsibility for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns

All returns must be made within two weeks of delivery and include the original packaging.

To start a return, please email us with your order number and return tracking number.

All rugs are made to order and require 6 to 8 weeks of production from the date of purchase.

Because each rug is custom-made, returns are not accepted.
