1. Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DADA website (www.dada-duo.com). By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to improve our services. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

2. About DADA

DADA is an independent design studio and online store offering made-to-order textile pieces handcrafted by designer Florence Dagostini.

All products displayed on the site — including throws, rugs, ponchos, and cushions — are produced individually upon order, following the production timelines specified on each product page.

Payments are processed securely at checkout through third-party payment providers. DADA does not collect or store any payment data.

3. Production and Shipping

All DADA products are made to order. The production time for each piece is listed on the respective product page.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours after shipment confirmation, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

For international orders, final product prices already include customs duties and shipping fees.

All shipments are handled via FedEx.

Production time is independent of shipping time, and DADA cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns and Cancellations

4.1 Returns

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and include the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at oi@dada-duo.com with your order number and return tracking information.

Once your return is received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Rugs are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.2 Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not yet started, we will cancel your order at no cost.

If your item is already in production, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover material and labor costs.

5. Exchanges and Custom Orders

At this time, exchanges are not available for international orders.
